Jamahl Labbe is Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Front Line Consulting LLC, overseeing all strategic decisions and partnerships of the firm. His experience has given him a dynamic consultant’s insight and made him a highly effective Project and Program Manager.
Prior to establishing Front Line Consulting LLC, Jamahl served as a Senior Project Manager for the New York Disaster Recovery effort, a federal appropriated $4.2 billion Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). While on active duty Jamahl served as a consultant within the Asymmetric Warfare Group, the United States Army’s only operational advisement unit. He has conducted consultation services for senior Army commanders and senior foreign partners. During these assignments, Jamahl served as a project manager under domestic and international programs for numerous collaborative enterprises.
Jamahl retired from the United States Army in March of 2016 after 20+ years of service. Throughout his career he served with the 75th Ranger Regiment <3>, Stryker Infantry Brigades, and the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG). He has participated in numerous deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Spending most of his military career in the Special Operations Community gives him an outlook on leadership and focus on mission success that very few have.
Jamahl is a graduate of Troy State University (BA), for management and certified Project Management Professional, PMP.

Jessy Milner is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Front Line Consulting LLC, overseeing all internal operations of the firm. He previously led multiple major consulting engagements, working with the United States Department of Defense, the International Intelligence Community, and New York Disaster Recovery efforts to improve strategy execution and organizational communication.
Prior to joining Front Line Consulting LLC, Jessy spent over thirteen years in Project and Program Management for both Federal and State contracting agencies throughout the United States and overseas. He was responsible for administering full life cycle Program Management involving multiple projects for a federal appropriated, $4.2 billion Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in disaster relief funding for the state of New York. He also led contract acquisition integration within the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Joint Special Operations Community (JSOC).
Jessy was Honorably Discharged from the US Army National Guard as a decorated combat veteran, where he served as an operator in the United States Army Special Forces since 2007.
Jessy is a graduate of Louisiana State University (BA), American Military University (MS), Defense Language Institute (DLI), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and currently completing his MBA at the University of North Texas.
