Jamahl Labbe is the Owner of Front Line Consulting LLC, overseeing all strategic decisions and partnerships of the firm. His experience has given him a dynamic consultant’s insight and made him a highly effective Project and Program Manager.
Prior to establishing Front Line Consulting LLC, Jamahl served as a Senior Project Manager for the New York Disaster Recovery effort, a federal appropriated $4.2 billion Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). While on active duty Jamahl served as a consultant within the Asymmetric Warfare Group, the United States Army’s only operational advisement unit. He has conducted consultation services for senior Army commanders and senior foreign partners. During these assignments, Jamahl served as a project manager under domestic and international programs for numerous collaborative enterprises.
Jamahl retired from the United States Army in March of 2016 after 20+ years of service. Throughout his career he served with the 75th Ranger Regiment <3>, Stryker Infantry Brigades, and the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG). He has participated in numerous deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Spending most of his military career in the Special Operations Community gives him an outlook on leadership and focus on mission success that very few have.
Jamahl is a graduate of Troy State University (BA), for management and certified Project Management Professional, PMP.
Anthony Bowers is the Chief Product Manager of Front Line Consulting, overseeing the strategic vision for all of the firm’s products and services. His unique professional experiences have well-positioned him to manage the firm’s strategic plans and execute the owner’s vision.
Anthony’s career began in the military, serving in the 3rd Ranger Battalion for nine years. While serving as a Ranger, Anthony found himself drawn to the technological aspects of performing operations and served in the Technical Surveillance Element. In that section, he became well versed in the utilization of technology to conduct surveillance on the modern battlefield. This led to his career in the tech industry.
After leaving the Army, Anthony joined ForceX Technologies, a small software development company that would soon be purchased by L-3 Technologies. At ForceX, he served as a Project Engineer and Program Manager. Anthony spent six years at ForceX on fast-moving and dynamic programs. This environment taught Anthony to employ Agile practices to meet the customer’s mission needs and quickly led to performing corporate acquisition.
After leaving L-3 ForceX, Anthony served as an independent contractor providing security services in overseas high threat environments and as a Technical Project Engineer. All of his independent efforts remained rooted in dynamic projects and the leveraging of technology on the modern battlefield.
Now, he is excited to join the Frontline team and bring his experience to bear on the firm’s products. Anthony is a graduate of Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems.
Haley Brown is the Operations Manager for Frontline Consulting LLC, overseeing the daily operations of the business as well as assisting on all projects. Haley’s experience in recruiting and office operations is a key component to the organization, research, and success of the firm’s projects.
Throughout her career, Haley has twelve years of management and hospitality experience in all aspects of the business industry from office management, project management, recruiting, and research. Her passion and work ethic makes her a valuable asset to the Frontline Consulting team.
