Front Line Consulting provides Program and Project Management services for our customers focusing from the strategic to operational levels of management. We develop and improve processes, implement those processes, and memorialize them into Standard Operating Procedures.
Front Line has the ability to perform budgetary tracking, schedule performance, as well as data analysis and aggregation to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

Primarily funneled through our multiple Business Enterprise Certifications, like our SDVOB certifications, we assist our Prime partner in reaching their requirement goals by providing quality staffing talent at fair prices. Project Management Training & Executive Advisement
Front Line Consulting offers a wide range of Project Management classes for all levels of management professionals. Our instructors can provide knowledge on traditional industry frameworks like Project Management/Agile or more focused classes to remediate a specific gap of our clients. Front Line is a Registered Education Provider (REP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Our select classes can be used to fill Project Management Education hours toward a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, or Professional Development Units (PDU).
Our leadership experts can provide executive tier advisement to assist with strategy development, management systems, and interoperability among teams.
Institutional Change Teams
Front Line Consulting’s Institutional Change Teams (ICT) consist of small specialized teams that are selected and formed to achieve the customer’s vision and strategic goals. Through our customer’s request, evaluations, and on site observations we quickly select team members with the experience, technical knowledge, and expertise that can implement process change, flatten communications, optimize team interoperability, and eliminate waste.
Our ITCs take corporate level strategies and action them into real results by, with, and through our customer’s leaders and team members.
